Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as an underwriting Consumer Loan Officer.
• Regulatory Compliance knowledge including RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending.
• Knowledge of loan processing/collection software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Independent working attitude within a team framework.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio.
• Promote BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele.
• Participation in various community and public events.
• Consistent execution of policies and procedures.
• Extraordinary customer service at all times.
• Assist with other job related duties and special projects as requested.
