Qualifications

• Two years of loan processing experience required.
• Knowledge of business banking loan products and processes.
• Experience with loan documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist business bankers in collecting loan documentation for credit analysis.
• Support onboarding, due diligence and risk management activities.
• Order DMV reviews, flood certificates, UCC searches, and appraisals as needed.
• Review title policies and prepare lender's instructions.
• Input information into nCino to ensure accurate data and service.
• Coordinate loan documentation and closings for client loans.
