Solü Technology Partners is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst V to lead complex banking and consumer lending technology initiatives, focusing on requirements, test automation, and API testing across integrated systems.

The role emphasizes shift-left quality, validating workflows from origination to servicing, and coordinating across stakeholders, developers, QA, and vendors to deliver reliable software releases.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of combined education and/or business systems analysis, quality assurance, or operational analytics experience.
• Professional experience in banking, financial services, or consumer lending.
• Strong business requirements gathering and functional specification experience.
• Strong experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Demonstrated experience with test automation and automated regression testing.
• Experience with API testing and Postman or similar tool.
• Experience with Jira and defect management workflows.
• Experience with Zephyr or similar test management tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across business, development, QA, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects from requirements through implementation and post-implementation.
• Serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert for assigned applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Develop functional specs, use cases, flows and documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings across business, technology, QA and vendors.
• Analyze data to validate requirements and identify issues.
• Support system conversions, migrations, and enterprise initiatives.
• Develop estimates, timelines and testing plans.
• Ensure solutions support lending products and regulatory requirements.
• Apply banking and consumer lending knowledge to tests and strategies.
