Job summary

Peoples Bank is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and manage educational programs for associates. Responsibilities include in-person and virtual training on customer service, product knowledge, sales, and regulatory topics, with emphasis on instructional design and adoption of skills across the organization.

Normal hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with some evenings and weekends based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with 3–5+ years banking experience.
• Ability to work with multiple individuals within the organization and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers group and individual instruction for banking topics.
• Develops curricula and training materials and coordinates delivery.
• Manages administrative tasks for training programs and LMS.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and updates objectives as needed.
• Maintains LMS records and generates reports.
