Job summary

• Develops training curricula and utilizes vendor programs.
• Formulates training agendas and determines instructional methods.
• Selects, develops, and creates training aids and reference works.
• Coordinates administrative functions to deliver and document training.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and revises objectives.
• Assists in analyzing training needs for individuals and groups.
• Answers phone calls and questions to support training needs.
• Develops and updates written procedures.
• Cross-trains with other Learning and Development staff.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
