Job summary

Responsibilities

• Confer with management to identify training needs.

• Create training materials including handbooks and videos.
• Conduct training sessions and assess trainee progress.
• Maintain trainee records and report on progress.
• Assist with creating/revising forms and procedures.
• Provide support for tellers and personal bankers.
