You will verify instructions, handle authentications, maintain records, and ensure compliance with risk programs while coordinating with team members to improve processes. This is a full-time role requiring strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and apply applicable banking rules and guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• General knowledge of banking procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Enters transfer instructions and performs verifications.
• Handles instruction receipts and authentication.
• Completes processing of end-of-day general ledger entries.
• Executes transactions and maintains records.
• Provides guidance to less experienced associates as needed.
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs and cybersecurity practices.
• May perform quality reviews to ensure production systems are posting properly.
