Our client, a prestigious Amlaw 50 firm, seeks a Banking & Finance Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated practice in a hybrid role. The position offers exposure to domestic and cross-border financing, working with a team known for technical excellence and client-focused service.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in structured finance and secured lending at a major law firm, with strong academic credentials and active bar admission.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4–6 years of substantive experience in structured finance and secured lending at a major law firm.
• Experience representing credit funds and lenders or borrowers in a broad range of financings.

Responsabilités

• Represent credit funds and other lenders and/or borrowers and sponsors in domestic and international financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related documentation.
• Support transactions involving receivables financings and other structured credit deals, private credit, syndicated facilities, distressed situations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups to deliver seamless client service.
• Manage deal execution from initial diligence through closing.
