Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–12 months cash‑handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting procedures.
• Familiarity with office equipment and standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Open new accounts and maintain accurate customer records.
• Provide in-person and phone support for inquiries and online banking questions.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily work for accuracy.
• Research transaction discrepancies or missing items as needed.
• Review reports to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote bank products and make referrals to appropriate departments.
