Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of proven customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of deposit account structures and bank products helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline representative, assisting customers in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Open and service consumer and business deposit accounts, executing CIP requirements.
• Resolve questions and concerns, escalating to a supervisor or department as needed.
• Review documents for inconsistencies or fraud indicators and escalate suspicious activity.
• Ensure compliance with fraud-mitigation practices.
