Job summary

RCB Bank in Edmond, OK is seeking a Customer Service Representative to open and service deposit accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and educate customers on bank products and digital tools. You’ll serve as a frontline ambassador supporting branch sales and service goals while watching for fraud and ensuring compliance.

Strong customer service skills, basic clerical abilities, and a high school diploma or GED with at least one year of experience are required. Community focus encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of proven customer service experience.
• Knowledge of deposit account structures, bank products, and customer service processes.
• Familiarity with new account documentation requirements, CIP and regulatory expectations, and standard account opening procedures.
• Ability to identify fraud indicators and follow fraud-prevention and escalation procedures.
• Commitment to community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, knowledgeable, and timely assistance to customers in person, by phone, or electronically; educate customers on bank products and digital tools.
• Open and service consumer and business deposit accounts, executing CIP requirements and adhering to laws and regulations.
• Resolve questions and concerns, escalating as necessary to a supervisor or department.
• Review account information, documentation, and materials to identify inconsistencies, high-risk indicators, or potential fraud; escalate suspicious activity.
• Ensure compliance with fraud-mitigation practices.
