Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer retail and some basic commercial customer inquiries via phone, email, secure messages, chat or other approved channels.
• Perform account transactions including payments and transfers.
• Assist customers with Telephone Banking inquiries, password resets, and basic system training.
• Assist customers with Online Banking inquiries including Mobile Deposit enrollment and Bill Pay.
