Capitol Federal Savings Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Topeka, KS to handle incoming calls and guide customers to the right products and services. You'll work in the Contact Center, delivering friendly, accurate service, performing teller tasks as needed, and supporting other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of similar or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer contacts, verify identity and determine needs to minimize effort.
• Perform teller functions (fund transfers, loan payments, stop payments, debit card issues) professionally.
• Assist other departments and branches with customer support.
• Identify and explain the value of products/services beneficial to the customer.
• Analyze contact needs using computer systems to provide efficient service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental goals.
• Comply with laws, regulations and bank policies; report unsafe activities.
