Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures.
• Minimum of 1-year cash handling or teller experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide paying and receiving functions for clients in person, by phone, mail and online banking.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping, account problems and cross-sell bank products.
• Support Assistant Client Service Manager and Regional Branch Administrator as assigned.
