Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of cash handling or teller experience.
• Basic knowledge of teller procedures and banking products.
• Strong communication, math, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, stop payments, and wires for clients in person, by phone, mail or online banking.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping and account questions; provide cross‑selling of Bank products and services.
• Support the Assistant Client Service Manager and Regional Branch Administrator as needed.
