Job summary

United Business Bank in Colorado is seeking a Client Service Representative - In Training (CSRIT) to learn teller functions and customer service skills onsite. The program starts at $20/hour with phased increases after each training phase.

As you progress, you will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and wires, while balancing daily transactions and assisting clients with account questions and cross-selling bank products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year cash handling or teller experience.
• Knowledge of Teller and Cash Handling Operations procedures.
• Good communication skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, stop payments and wires.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account questions.
• Cross-sell the Bank's products and services.
