Job summary

United Business Bank is hiring a Client Service Representative - In Training (CSRIT) for an on-site role in Grand Lake, CO. The program provides training in teller functions, deposits, withdrawals, and other core banking duties with staged pay increases after each phase.

Starting at $20 per hour with raises to $21 after Phase One (~30 days) and $22 after Phase Two (~60 days). The CSRIT balances daily transactions, assists clients, and cross-sells bank products while adhering to policies and

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Teller and Cash Handling Operations procedures.
• Basic understanding of banking products, services and operations.
• Minimum of 1-year cash handling or teller experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, stop payments, and wires for clients.
• Balance each day’s transactions and verify cash totals.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account problems and answer questions about bank products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to clients.
• Support the Client Service Manager and Regional Branch Administrator with assigned duties.
