Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Notary License preferred

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that establish trust from the initial engagement and strengthen ongoing relationships.
• Balances client needs with sound judgment, policy adherence, and risk awareness to ensure compliant and responsible outcomes.
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience, save time, and support financial well-being.
• Connects clients to specialists as needed to achieve long-term goals.
• Completes required training and continuously strengthens risk and compliance knowledge.
• Contributes to a positive work environment by aligning to TD Model, Brand and Culture.
• Takes accountability for outcomes and performance by participating in performance and development activities.
