JCW Group is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the Compliance Department and manage regulatory risk across federal/state banking regulations. The role focuses on owning and evolving the program, tracking regulatory changes, and communicating with senior leadership and the Board.

You will oversee self-testing, audits, and exam preparation, while guiding a team that includes Compliance Specialists and an HMDA Specialist. Strong leadership and regulatory acumen are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of related compliance experience.
• BS/BA in a related field (or equivalent).
• Strong working knowledge of banking regulations and the ability to interpret regulatory/legal documents.
• CRCM preferred.
• Proven people-management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the bank's comprehensive compliance program.
• Track regulatory changes and translate them into policy updates.
• Serve as the compliance voice to senior management and the Board.
• Lead self-testing, audits, and exam prep/response.
• Manage a team including Compliance Specialists and an HMDA Specialist.
