Job summary

JCW Group is partnering with a regional bank to recruit a Compliance Manager who will lead the Compliance Department and manage regulatory risk across federal and state banking regulations. The role demands 5+ years of compliance experience, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret complex regulatory documents.

You will oversee self-testing, audits, and exam responses while guiding a team of specialists.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of compliance experience in banking.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• CRCM certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the bank's comprehensive compliance program.
• Track regulatory changes and translate them into policy updates.
• Serve as the compliance voice to senior management and the Board.
• Lead self-testing, audits, and exam prep/response.
• Manage a team including Compliance Specialists and an HMDA Specialist.
