Job summary

The role requires strong communication and initiative to support customers and the branch. Responsibilities include handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account maintenance, with emphasis on accuracy, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email systems.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers to identify financial needs.
• Advise customers on bank products/services to save time and money.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting customers and using their name.
• Open new accounts and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Handle transactions: deposits, checks, balances, and vault routines.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues, including disputes.
• Build relationships to maintain goodwill and generate additional business.
• Participate in daily plan and branch meetings.
