Job summary

TBK Bank, SSB is seeking a Client Services Associate to support customers with accurate financial transactions and to build lasting relationships. You’ll profile customers, recommend bank products, and ensure every interaction exceeds expectations.

You will open new accounts, process transactions, and professionally refer customers to various departments. A strong emphasis on compliance, service, and community involvement guides our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 18 years old; 6–12 months of bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales or cross-selling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers, suggesting tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
• Open new accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and more.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Professionally refer customers to various bank departments.
• Safeguard customer info, adhere to regulations, and maintain security.
• Process transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Contribute to local community and bank-sponsored events.
