Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales or cross-selling experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments and Debit Card Orders.
• Resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Refer customers to various bank departments.
• Safeguard customer information and adhere to regulations.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in local community and bank-sponsored events.
