Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of client service and/or teller experience preferred.
• Ability to balance cash and handle basic banking transactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Bank to clients in person, by telephone or email.
• Greet clients and provide exceptional service.
• Provide information on bank products and policies.
• Open new business and consumer accounts and explain cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet client needs (Mortgage, Investments, Business Banking, etc.).
• Process transactions in person and via phone/email, including loan payments and transfers.
• Perform teller duties including balancing cash and identifying referral opportunities.
• Follow applicable laws and bank policies including BSA/AML.
• Learn and adapt to changing digital channels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
