Job summary

TBK Bank, a subsidiary of Triumph, is seeking a Client Services Associate in Colorado. You will handle teller transactions, balance drawers, open new accounts, and provide exceptional customer service while identifying cross-sell opportunities to support customers’ financial goals.

The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and teamwork within the branch. Prior teller experience and a GED or high school diploma are preferred for strong performance in daily banking activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales, or cross selling experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and exceeding their expectations.
• Balances currency, coin, and checks in teller drawer at end of shift.
• Opens new accounts and performs account/file maintenance per CIP and KYC policies.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers customers to other bank departments.
