Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• 6–12 months teller experience preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Profile customers and advise on bank products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers by name.
• Open new accounts and complete documentation.
• Handle daily teller transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of customer information.
• Refer customers to other bank services as appropriate.
• Assist in daily branch plans and meetings.
