• Provide prompt, accurate financial transactions and exceptional customer service.
• Open new accounts with proper documentation and accuracy.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and related banking tasks.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Maintain customer goodwill and help branch achieve goals.
• Professionally refer customers to bank departments when appropriate.
• Safeguard customer information and adhere to regulations.
