Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience and 3–4 years of sales experience.
• Experience with retail banking products and services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Originate and close consumer loans and open/close accounts.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and provide financial solutions.
• Adhere to NMLS registration and maintain required background and credit checks.
