Job summary

Cogent Bank is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Orlando to coordinate all client service activities and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will handle routine account tasks, resolve client questions, and cross-sell banking products. Strong cash handling, communication, and teamwork are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum experience: 1+ year of teller and client service experience.
• Preferred experience: 3+ years banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with routine account-related requests (funds transfer, deposits, ATM and debit card usage).
• Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other departments when necessary.
• Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Audit and reconcile cash drawers, including ATM and vault.
• Assist customers with internet and online banking issues.
• Follow BSA/AML policies and complete related courses.
