Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience: Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support branch efforts to achieve growth targets and introduce clients to the right team member(s).
• Client Experience: Assist with account questions and resolve problems promptly to deliver a positive client experience.
• Risk Management: Perform timely daily financial transactions and adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to regulatory/compliance trainings and complete required trainings.
• Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
