Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily banking center operations run smoothly and the Republic Experience is delivered.
• Sell, open, and maintain retail deposit and loan products to clients by soliciting existing client base and walk-ins.
• Operate consumer loan applications for unsecured/auto loans and other products.
• Develop and deliver banking center goals and business strategies.
• Direct staff career development through internal and external training.
• Manage daily and monthly reports and resolve pertinent problems.
• Perform cash drawer audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle and resolve client escalated issues.
• Make check cashing and hold decisions within authority limits.
• Maintain audit, compliance and document retention expectations.
• Community involvement through local associations and networking groups.
