Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write, comprehend, communicate) required; Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle comprehensive client transactions, deposits, and cash handling.
• Greet clients and develop banking relationships with regular customers.
• Deliver the Republic Experience to every client.
• Balance cash drawer daily to Republic standards.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and manage overrides.
