Republic Bank in Florence, KY is seeking a Banking Center Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive a strong sales culture. You will coach staff, manage deposits and loan products, and build referral networks to enhance client experience.

The role requires banking and retail sales experience, supervisory skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus. A SAFE Act note may apply; some training and compliance activities will be part of the job.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience required.
• Previous supervisor experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write, comprehend, communicate) required. Fluent in Spanish preferred.
• NMLS registration may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure daily banking center operations run smoothly and the Republic Experience is delivered consistently.
• Sell, open, and maintain retail deposit and loan products to consumer and business clients by soliciting existing clients and walk-in clients, and by establishing referral networks.
• Operate the consumer loan application system for unsecured loans and auto loans.
• Develop and deliver banking center goals and business strategies.
• Guide staff development through training programs and supervision.
• Manage daily and monthly reports including overdrafts and problem resolution.
• Perform cash drawer audits and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Handle and resolve client escalated issues and determine holds and checks.
