First Merchants is seeking a customer-focused banking center team member. You will handle customer requests for banking transactions, resolve inquiries, and promote bank products to support sales goals.

You will balance cash, handle daily transactions, and assist with opening or closing the banking center while adhering to privacy and security policies. Team meetings and coaching sessions are part of the role.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3 months of sales, cash handling, or related experience.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer requests for banking transactions.
• Answer customer inquiries with solutions meeting current needs.
• Balance cash, daily transactions, vault and ATM.
• Sell bank products and make referrals.
• Follow information security policies to protect customer privacy.
• Assist with opening and/or closing banking center.
