Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 months of sales, cash handling, or related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for banking transactions.
• Answer customer inquiries and problems with solutions that meet current needs.
• Contribute to overall banking center operations, balance cash and daily transactions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting.
• Follow information security policy to protect customer privacy.
• Assist with opening and/or closing the banking center.
• Participate in a high-performing sales environment with referrals and product knowledge.
• Attend daily/weekly meetings and coaching sessions.
