Job summary

State Bank in Sylvania, OH is seeking a Banking Center Sales Manager to lead the Banking Center, drive deposit and consumer loan growth, and develop a high-performing team. You will foster strong customer relationships, ensure operational excellence, and maintain regulatory compliance while promoting community engagement.

The role requires leadership experience, a strong sales orientation, and knowledge of consumer lending; NMLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred in related fields.
• Minimum of three years banking or financial services experience; leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, grammar, and math skills.
• Knowledge of consumer lending products; current NMLS registration preferred.
