Job summary

Park National Bank is seeking a capable Branch Manager in Columbus, OH to lead daily branch operations, drive sales and customer satisfaction, and coach a small team. You will oversee deposits and loan activity, promote digital services, and ensure policy compliance while representing the bank in the local market.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2–4 years banking experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Full-time, on-site schedule with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of banking experience required.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally per Park Promises standards.
• Ensure branch policies and procedures are followed per Bank guidelines.
• Execute retail banking initiatives and strategies through consultative relationship management.
• Promote digital product adoption for customers and branch staff.
• Responsible for Deposit Account origination and maintenance.
• Mine customer relationships for consumer lending opportunities and originate Consumer Loans.
• Refer products to other Lines of Business and subject matter experts.
• Promote the bank within the market area with leadership.
• Identify, measure, monitor, and mitigate branch risks.
• Maintain compliance with policies and risk concepts.
• Lead and train staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage timecards for 5+ FTEs.
