Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience (Required).
• 6–12 months cash handling experience (Preferred).
• Availability to work around branch hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations with customers.
• Use CRM to build relationships and onboard new customers.
• Open new accounts and handle customer maintenance requests.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies.
• Promote digital solutions to customers.
