NBH Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager in Austin to lead a high-performing sales team and deliver exceptional client service. You will drive business banking solutions, manage deposits and treasury products, and actively participate in community initiatives.

The role requires 1+ year of banking experience in external business development, a valid driver’s license, and a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach. Training and advancement opportunities are available within NBH Bank.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; equivalent experience considered
• 1+ years banking experience with external business development
• Driving is required with this position. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and driving history that meets the Bank’s driver standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Lead and coach a successful sales team focused on small business and consumer clients.
• Achieve sales and service goals by offering a full range of business banking services (deposits, treasury, digital).
• Represent the bank in the community and drive banking center initiatives.
