Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in retail banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the banking center team and ensure initiatives are executed.
• Coach and develop staff to meet sales, service, and compliance goals.
• Develop relationships with clients and partners to expand the customer base and refer to line of business partners.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing Retail banking center team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls are followed; manage risk.
