Balances transactions and cash to substantiate negotiability and maintain an audit trail.
Balances end of day processes and teaches others to balance end of day processes.
Makes decisions and approves higher level transactions and tasks within established guidelines.
Uncovers customer expansion opportunities and refers customers to proper bank personnel.
Assists customers with opening deposit accounts and ancillary deposit services.
Performs account maintenance and resolves customer service issues and outages.
Requires work on physical bank premises.
