Responsibilities

• Open deposit accounts and ancillary deposit services.
• Process paying and receiving transactions.
• Balance transactions and ensure proper documentation and audit trail.
• Uncover customer expansion opportunities and refer customers to proper bank associates.
• Perform account maintenance and related activities.
• Adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements for compliance.
• Meet service standards both in person and on the phone.
