Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and cash checks and cash for accounts; verify amounts and record transactions.
• Balance cash drawer; report discrepancies to supervisor promptly.
• Process account holds, stop-payment orders, address changes and similar services.
• Promote bank products and services based on customer needs within policy.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to sales staff.
• Assist in night depository operations and maintain deposit area supplies.
• Perform branch capture of transactions and maintain product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
