Responsibilities

• Identify needs and offer solutions; refer complex issues to appropriate departments.
• Support daily call center operations to ensure efficiency and high service levels.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure superior customer service and timely issue resolution.
• Perform routine teller-related tasks and assist with ITMs and other transactions as needed.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
