Job summary

Crowe Advisory LLC in the United States is seeking a senior auditor manager to lead a team of auditors, guide high-quality work, and manage client relationships across diverse engagements.

You will design audit strategies, oversee budgeting, scheduling, invoicing and time entry, and ensure compliance with professional standards while maintaining strong client communication. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of public accounting external audit experience with Banking clients.
• CPA certification aligned to the home state or ability to obtain reciprocal one.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of auditors, guiding high-quality audit work.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing relationships and communication.
• Plan audit strategies tailored to client industry and risks; ensure standards compliance.
• Manage audit process including budgeting, scheduling, billing and resources.
• Understand engagement economics; ensure WIP, invoicing and time-entry processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management or audit committees.
• Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to proposals, growth initiatives and new services for clients.
• Develop firm policies and uphold integrity, independence and professional skepticism.
