Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in banking or financial services, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate with guidance on non-routine transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of banking or financial services experience required.
• Ability to open and service accounts and resolve client needs with guidance.
• Perform non-routine transactions with accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus and rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts.
• Identify banking products to meet client needs and transition to the right team.
• Proactively identify additional client needs through consultative conversations.
• Apply risk-based decision-making to client relationships while ensuring service and prudence.
• Set clear expectations with clients and follow through on commitments.
• Develop and manage a deposit book within established authority.
