Bank of Utah in Ogden is seeking a Banking Associate I to join our Ben Lomond Branch. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM, and involves handling routine transactions, delivering accurate service, and building trust with clients.

As the face of the bank, you will develop core banking knowledge, follow procedures for security and compliance, open and close daily tasks, and collaborate with the Branch Banking Manager to support branch performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process routine account transactions and inquiries in person or over the phone.
• Accurately handle, organize, and count cash while maintaining security and professionalism.
• Provide courteous, solutions-oriented service and support client questions or concerns.
• Address and resolve conflicts through active listening and collaborative problem-solving, escalating when necessary.
• Grow knowledge of bank products and services to assist clients with everyday needs.
