You will deliver accurate transactions, provide exceptional service, and build trust with clients while developing core banking knowledge to support a safe, reliable branch experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled branch hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with individuals.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Process routine account transactions in person or by phone.
• Handle cash accurately with security and dual control.
• Provide courteous, solutions-oriented service to clients.
• Resolve client questions and concerns through active listening.
• Grow knowledge of bank products to assist clients.
