Job summary

First National Bank in Maine is seeking a full-time Teller to deliver high-quality customer service and actively promote bank products. You’ll work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, handle cash, process transactions, and refer customers to the right services.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and direct customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Sales and computer experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process customer banking transactions in teller system following bank policies.
• Determine customer needs to sell bank products and refer to appropriate staff.
• Meet branch goals for deposit growth and account openings (including IRAs).
• Explain features, rates, terms of bank products and provide information.
• Investigate and correct errors; report unusual activity to management.
• Open Deposit Accounts and manage related services.
• Maintain safe deposit box rentals and related access/payments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of regulations including BSA and Regulation CC.
