Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service focused on customer retention, sales and service while answering all inquiries, promoting, and selling products and services and resolving customer problems.
• Handle inbound/outbound customer contacts – via phone, secure messaging, and email.
• Accurately process requests, using computerized systems following bank policies for identification of customers, tracking, gathering information and troubleshooting.
• Provide deposit and loan information regarding the structure and design of bank products including features/benefits, rates, terms, payment applications, balances, and statements.
• Maintain a basic understanding of loan, investments, and merchant products in order to refer customers to appropriate bank personnel to help meet referral goals.
• Cross-sell bank products over the phone to incoming callers.
